General Order Processing:
With the exception of U.S. Federal Holidays, orders placed Monday through Friday by 1 pm Pacific Standard time (PST) are packaged for shipment the same day. A shipping label is printed, but tracking information may remain unavailable until the package is scanned by the shipping carrier. Most packages are picked up by the shipping carrier on the following business day.
Go Healthy Next receives inventory shipments each week and does as much as possible to keep sufficient inventory levels on hand to fulfill orders that are placed by the cutoff of 1 pm PST. Shipments may occasionally be disrupted as the result of weather conditions. Customers whose order shipments are delayed longer than 48 hours, due to any extenuating circumstance, will receive a delay notification.
Shipping Providers, Options, Charges, and Restrictions:
Go Healthy Next can ship products anywhere in the world, but there are restrictions on some products, and some products are unable to be shipped to international locations. When a customer places an order, the shipping and delivery estimates are based on the availability of items ordered, as well as the chosen shipping method. Based on the selected shipping provider, the shipping date estimates may display on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping Providers and Options:
- USPS: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express
- FedEx: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx Overnight
- DHL Express: Recommended for International orders
Free USA uninsured shipping of Supplement Orders over $75
Free uninsured shipping is available to the USA lower 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii for supplement orders of $75 or more. US customers may increase their supplement order total to $75 or more and receive free shipping. Optional insurance is available for an extra fee for both USPS and FedEx shipments. Expedited shipping is offered for an extra fee and includes hand-carried courier service where orders placed Monday - Friday by 1 pm PST, are packaged and driven to USPS or FedEx headquarters the same day.
Shipping charges of Non-supplement orders
Shipping charges apply to ALL non-supplement orders. The fixed rate shipping method has been replaced with live quotes based on the delivery address. Customers who order both supplements and non-supplements may receive lower shipping charges by placing separate orders.
Unlimited International Shipping of any order via DHL
International customers are encouraged to choose DHL Express as a shipping method during the checkout process to receive their purchases within 7-10 days. There is no longer a restriction on the number of items per order. DHL Express orders placed Monday - Friday by 10 am PST are picked up from the office the same day. DHL orders placed after 10 am PST will ship the next business day.
DHL International shipping restrictions
Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to use DHL Express to ship packages to Spain, Norway, Thailand, Russian Federation, and Greece.
International shipping fees
Some countries may assess VAT fees that must be paid prior to delivery.
Customers can track their packages online to determine the expected delivery time, and contact local authorities, if necessary, to take delivery of the order. If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to Go Healthy Next, the customer will receive only a partial refund due to the shipping costs, handling, and a restocking fee.
Damaged, Missing and Non-working items
Claims for items that are damaged, missing, or received in a non-working order, must be made within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for shipping insurance coverage. The customer must send pictures of the packaging and damage to the item, as well as retain all the original packaging and item until further notice. Go Healthy Next will submit a claim and ask the customer to sign a claim form. Failure to meet any of these requirements will cause a denial of the shipping insurance claim, and Go Healthy Next will not be responsible for the replacement cost.

The Go Healthy Next staff will do as much as possible to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases. Customers who receive an incorrect or defective product will be issued a full refund, as long as the request is made within 30 days of purchase for United States customers, and 45 days for international customers. If the return is the result of a company error, Go Healthy Next will pay the return shipping cost.
Unopened or unused items are eligible for return for exchange, store credit, or refund less the shipping and processing fees under certain conditions (see below). EXCEPTION: No refunds on Hair Analysis laboratory testing, or on supplements that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
To return an item, login to the customer account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. A copy of the original Invoice must be enclosed in the package with the returned item(s). We strongly suggest customers insure their returns, since only items that are received in new undamaged condition with all the original packaging are eligible for a refund. An e-mail notification will be sent once the returned item is received and processed.
United States Returns
Any unused items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns or partial returns incur a $7 processing fee, as well as the actual shipping expenses incurred by Go Healthy Next that the customer did not pay for at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges on USA supplement orders that qualify for free shipping if supplements are returned. If an order is returned because the customer refused shipment, the customer will be charged a restocking fee to cover the costs. This fee will not exceed the shipping cost, plus a $7 processing fee to restock the order.
Any unused items must be returned within 45 days of purchase. Returns or partial returns incur a $7 processing fee, in addition to a restocking fee equal to the actual shipping expenses incurred by Go Healthy Next, which the customer did not pay for at the time of purchase. Go Healthy Next is often charged for the outbound and returned inbound shipping fees on refused international shipments, which reduces the amount of the customer’s refund. International customers who wish to cancel an already placed order and receive a refund after it shipped will receive an additional charge due to the international shipping expenses. A restocking fee will incur to cover the cost. The restocking fee will not exceed actual shipping and packaging costs, or the $7 processing fee.
