Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1 PM Pacific Time are packaged for shipment the same day. A shipping label is printed, but tracking information may remain unavailable until the package is scanned by the shipping carrier. The package is picked up by the shipping carrier on the following business day.

Go Healthy Next receives inventory shipments each week, and does as much as possible to keep sufficient inventory levels on hand to fulfill orders that are placed by the cutoff of 1PM PST. Shipments may occasionally be disrupted, as the result of weather conditions or seasonal holidays.  Customers whose orders are impacted for over 48 hours due to these kinds of circumstances will receive an order message about the delay.

Shipping

Go Healthy Next can ship products anywhere in the world, but there are restrictions on some products, and some products are unable to be shipped to international locations. 

When a customer places an order, the shipping and delivery estimates are based on the availability of items ordered, as well as the chosen shipping method. Based on the selected shipping provider, the shipping date estimates may display on the shipping quotes page.  

Free shipping is available to all customers located in the continental United State for supplement, equipment, and media orders. U.S. orders over $100 are instantly upgraded to priority mail, unless it is a sauna or another large item, which are shipped out via Fedex ground.

International customers may use DHL Worldwide Express to receive their purchases faster than the standard 3-8 weeks.  This service allows for international delivery from Go Healthy Next to be made within as little as 7-10 days. 

No extra charge is necessary for DHL Worldwide Express when the customer pays for the fastest shipping method. Choose the fastest shipping method for supplement and other small item orders, and the shipping on the order will upgrade to DHL Worldwide Express automatically FOR FREE.  The shopping cart does not calculate DHL shipping, so this option will not be visible during the checkout process.

Please note that orders of large items, such as the sauna, tent, and bundles, and Tri-Oxy RE-ION (depending on the country), are not eligible for this upgraded international shipping service.

WARNING: International countries may assess VAT fees that must be paid prior to delivery.  

Customers can track their packages online to determine the expected delivery time, and contact local authorities, if necessary, to take delivery of the order. If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to Go Healthy Next, the customer will receive only a partial refund, due to the shipping costs, handling, and a restocking fee.

Damaged, Missing, and Non-Working Items

Claims for items that are damaged, missing, or received in a non-working order, must be made within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for shipping insurance coverage.  The customer must send pictures of the packaging and damage to the item, as well as retain all the original packaging and item until further notice. Go Healthy Next will submit a claim and ask the customer to sign a claim form. Failure to meet any of these requirements will cause a denial of the shipping insurance claim, and Go Healthy Next will not be responsible for the replacement cost.

Go Healthy Next wants its customers have the best possible online shopping experience. We only sell what we believe are the highest quality products to balance body chemistry, and detoxify heavy metals from the body’s system. Therefore, Go Healthy Next only stocks the freshest and best natural products available to naturally meet customer expectations.  

Regarding all supplements: 1) Results may vary from what is listed 2) Statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration 3) Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The Go Healthy Next staff will do as much as possible to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases. Customers who receive an incorrect or defective product will be issued a full refund, as long as the request is made within 30 days of purchase for United States customers, and 45 days for international customers.  If the return is the result of a company error, Go Healthy Next will pay the return shipping cost.

Returns Policy

Unopened or unused items are eligible for return for exchange, store credit, or refund less the shipping and processing fees.  EXCEPTION:  No refunds on Hair Analysis laboratory testing, or on supplements that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

To return an item, login to the customer account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. A copy of the original Invoice must be enclosed in the package with the returned item(s). We strongly suggest customers insure their returns, since only items that are received in new condition are eligible for a refund. An e-mail notification will be sent once the returned item is received and processed.

United States Returns

Any unused items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Returns or partial returns incur a $5 processing fee, as well as the actual shipping expense incurred by Go Healthy Next, which the customer did not pay at the time of purchase.  USA supplement orders have free shipping, but the customer is responsible for the shipping charge if supplements are returned.  

If an order is returned because the customer refused shipment, the customer will be charged a restocking fee to cover the costs. This fee will not exceed the shipping cost, and a $5 processing fee to restock the order.

International Returns

Any unused items must be returned within 45 days of purchase. Returns or partial returns incur a $5 processing fee, in addition to a restocking fee equal to the actual shipping expenses incurred by Go Healthy Next, which the customer did not pay at the time of purchase.

Go Healthy Next is often charged for the outbound and returned inbound shipping fees on refused international shipments, which reduces the amount of the customer’s eligible refund.

International customers who wish to cancel an already placed order and receive a refund after it shipped, will be receive an additional charge, due to the international shipping expense. A restocking fee will incur to cover the cost. The restocking fee will not exceed actual shipping and packaging costs, or the $5 processing fee.
