Shipping

We offer electronic PDF test results and printed and mailed test results, and can ship to any address in the world.  Please choose the correct product option when ordering.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Damaged and Non-Working Items

Claims for items damaged or received in a non-working order must be made within 14 days of your package delivery to qualify for shipping insurance coverage.  You must submit pictures of the packaging and damage to the items when making us aware of the problem, and keep all the original packaging and item until we notify you with further instructions.  Then we will submit a claim and require you to sign a claim form.  Any failure in meeting these requirements will cause a denial of the shipping insurance claim, and as the Seller we will not be responsible for the cost of replacement.

Satisfaction and Returns Policy

We want to make sure that our customers have the very best experience shopping online with us. We only sell what we believe to be the best products for balancing body chemistry and detoxifying heavy metals from your system. We are about health, healing and wellness for the whole body, mind and spirit. Consequently we only stock the freshest and best natural products available which helps us naturally meet our customer expectations. 

At Go Healthy Next we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. If the item or items have not been used or opened you are eligible for the return.  If for any reason you are not happy with the items ordered, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for store credit, exchange, or a refund; less shipping charges we paid and a $7 processing fee.    We warrant that our goods are fit for the ordinary purposes they are intended to serve; and as a small business we don't offer the try it to see if you like it return policy.  We aren't in the business of selling used returned items.

EXCEPTION:  No refunds will be issued for Hair Analysis laboratory testing, and they must be used within 6 months of purchase.

If you received something you didn't order or a defective item you will be issued a full refund if you make your request within 30 days of the order date.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If your item is not defective or doesn't have a problem as a result of our error then the return is subject to handling, shipping and restocking fees. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Handling Fees

All orders are subject to a $7 handling fee, unless you sign up to receive a re-useable coupon code under "Save Instantly", and then use the coupon code during the check out process. The coupon code must be typed in the box and the "Apply" button must be clicked for your discount to be deducted from the order total.

coupon-code3.pngDue to administrative costs of processing refunds, we won't go back and refund $7 if you didn't successfully apply your coupon code.  The handling fees normally cover the cost of shipping your order, so we consider the $7 handling fee a donation to offset our shipping costs if you don't use the coupon code.  We can't ship your products for free and then cover the cost of administrative time for processing such a small refund. 

Any approved partial or full refunds are charged a $7 processing fee.
